"Newsletters" and "Funding" Documents :

Newsletters and Funding Documents can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader 3, but we would recommend that you download Acrobat Reader 4. Please visit the Adobe web site at www.adobe.com and follow the installation instructions.

Quicktime Files :
To view the clips use Quicktime 4 and Quicktime VR. If you do not have Quicktime you can download it free from the Apple Web Site: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/index.html and follow the instructions for either Mac or PC. Once downloaded, you will need to install the software by double clicking it, following the instructions, then restart your computer.

Note:
Be sure to remember where you saved the downloaded file! Your computer may ask where you want it saved or may save it to a predefined location. This can be specified in the Preferences/Options section of your browser.

Saving and Browsing
During busy times the PDF and Quicktime files will take some time to download. If you would like to save them to your hard-disk to read later while you continue to browse the site, please do the following :

PC owners:
Right click over the file you require and click "save target as" Be sure to remember where you saved the file. E.G. in the temp folder C:\Temp Once the file is downloaded either click "open" on the dialogue box Or go to the temporary folder C:\Temp in Windows Explorer and double click on the file to activate the document.

Mac owners:
Click and hold on the newsletter for the download option and save to your hard-drive or Desktop. Remember where the file has been saved. Go to the folder where you saved the file and click on the file to activate it.
